Payment Terms:

  • Net 30 Days. Standard shipping is provided free of charge. All shipments are F.O.B. destination.


    Confirmed orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt based on product availability, and are shipped standard 2 day service. Requests for Priority Next Day must be received by 4pm (EST), and will be assessed a $75.00 expedited fee.


    Customer service will provide a Proof of Delivery upon request.  Requests must be received within 30 days of shipment.  Any shipment discrepancy must be communicated within 7 days.


Shipping:
 

All returned product and/or equipment must be securely packaged with appropriate materials to ensure the integrity of the product and/or equipment contained within.  Damages resulting from improperly packaged product and/or equipment will not receive credit.  Additionally, all products sent to PMI for return must be cleaned and decontaminated prior to shipment and placed in appropriate bio-hazardous packaging.  This packaging can be provided to you if not available in your hospital.

Product Returns:
 

All product and equipment for return must be authorized in advance by PMI Customer Service.  Once approved, Customer Service will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to process the return.  To obtain an RMA number, call 1-866-POWERMED (1-866-769-3763).

 

Requests for authorization must include:

  • Product code
  • Quantity
  • Lot/Serial number
  • Reason for return
  • Original purchase order number
  • A PMI assigned RMA
