All returned product and/or equipment must be securely packaged with appropriate materials to ensure the integrity of the product and/or equipment contained within. Damages resulting from improperly packaged product and/or equipment will not receive credit. Additionally, all products sent to PMI for return must be cleaned and decontaminated prior to shipment and placed in appropriate bio-hazardous packaging. All product and equipment for return must be authorized in advance by PMI Customer Service. Once approved, Customer Service will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to process the return. To obtain an RMA number, call 1-866-POWERMED (1-866-769-3763). |
